Worm gear box

We have a comprehensive range of worm gear reducers, also known as motor reducers. This line of worm gearboxes is of very high quality and interchangeable with all major brands in Europe. An important advantage is also that the worm gear reducers are almost completely maintenance-free and very easy to install.

Below the various series of worm gearboxes:

• Single worm gearboxes, consisting of one reduction wheel via a worm gear / gear pair, with reduction ratios between 7.5 / 1 and 100/1. The series of single worm gearboxes consists of 10 sizes, from 25 to 150.

• Worm gear reducers, with an additional reduction gear with straight reducers, a propeller, earlier in the gearbox. The staircase consists of 4 sizes (63-71-80 and 90), which fit a certain number of gearbox sizes, as mentioned in the following tables. The reduction ratio of the worm gear reducers ranges from 73.5 / 1 to 400/1.

• Combination gearboxes consisting of two gearboxes mounted in cascade one after the other, that is, the one in line behind the other so that the total reduction ratio of the combination unit is equal to the product of the individual ratios of the two single-ended single steps. The reduction ratio of the combined gearboxes is available from 100/1 to 5000/1.

All single-stage and combination worm gearboxes are available with both PAM inputs, that is, ready for direct connection to the electric motor, and with the extended massive input shaft for connection to an incoming transmission.

The product designation for the worm gear reducer line is as follows:

• VP single-stage worm gearbox, with PAM facility
• VI worm gearbox in single-stage version with solid incoming shaft
• VC combination worm gearbox, with PAM equipment
• VS combination worm gearbox with massive incoming shaft
• VR worm gear reducers delivered in PAM version only
• VTS worm gearbox, with PAM facility 

The reason why the worm gear reducers are only delivered in PAM version is that the step for all practical purposes acts as an incoming reduction step, in the same way as a mechanical transmission, so that the use of an incoming transmission is meaningless.

SV serie worm gear box

The SV series speed variators feature an aluminum housing for size 02.05 and 10 and a cast iron housing for sizes 20.30 and 50.

The main features are:

• Easily adjust speed
• Epicyclic transmission for variable reduction ratios
• Already installed for direct motor connection
• Already fitted for B3 foot mounting for sizes 02.05 and 10.

VP and VI worm gear box

Single worm gearboxes, with one reduction stage via a worm gear / gear pair, with reduction ratios between 7.5 / 1 and 100/1. The series of single worm gearboxes consists of 10 sizes, from 25 to 150. All single-stage and combination worm gearboxes are available with both PAM inputs, that is, ready for direct connection to the electric motor, as well as extended massive input shaft for connection to an incoming transmission.

The product description is as follows:

• VP single-stage worm gearbox, with PAM facility
• VI worm gearbox in single-stage version with solid incoming shaft

The series completed with the following series:

• VP B worm gearbox in single-stage version, with PAM supply and second input
• VI B worm gearbox in single-stage version with solid input shaft on both sides

VR worm gear box

Worm gear reducers with stepping wheel, with an additional reduction gear with straight reducers, a stepping wheel, previously in the gearbox. The straight reducer module as a step consists of 4 sizes (63-71-80 and 90), which can be coupled to a certain number of gearbox sizes as mentioned in the following tables. The reduction ratio of the worm gearboxes in the fork goes from 73.5 / 1 to 400/1. The gearboxes are only supplied in PAM version, since the straight reducer module, which acts as an incoming reduction step, makes it unnecessary to use an incoming transmission.

VC and VS

Combination worm gearboxes consisting of two gearboxes mounted in cascade one after the other, that is, the one in line behind the other so that the total reduction ratio of the combining unit is equal to the product of the individual ratios of the two separately connected Stairs.
