POWERAM – Electric linear actuators

POWERAM electro-mechanical linear actuators are designed for low to medium duty applications, with loads up to 200kN as standard. Loads up to 2000kN are available on request.

POWERAM is enabling engineers to quickly and easily:

• Machine Screw, Stainless Steel and Ball Screw Actuator versions
• Unified Design for the same size of actuator for each capacity size across the three versions. Allows designers to change actuator performance while standardising machine designs
• Capacity sizes 10kN, 25kN, 50kN, 100kN, 200kN as standard
• Motorised or Non-Motorised
• 2 gear ratios and 2 screw lead options as standard
• Choice of end fittings: Clevis, Threaded End, Top Plate, Fork End, Rod End
• Trunnion mounting (with or without feet)
• Rear Clevis or Rear Fork End
• Limit switches (2,4,6, or 8) each fully adjustable over entire stroke
• Bellows Boot for extra ram protection
• Special custom designs available up to 2000kN

• Machine Screw – Typically for Intermittent duty
• Stainless Steel – High corrosion protection, intermittent duty
• Ball Screw – Medium to high duty or high speed or low power consumption applications
