Idler sprockets

In order to lead and / or tension chains, so-called idler sprockets are used. These are sheet wheels in which a bearing is pressed. For each size chain there are several wheels with different teeth numbers available. (From 3/8 “to 1 1/4”).

Sati is a major player in the production and distribution of power transmission components. All sprockets are according to ISO 9001. Different teeth numbers are available for every pitch. Furthermore, in order to meet all customers’ requirements, various materials (steel C45 E UNI EN 10083-1 and stainless steel AISI 304) are available.
