The rigid couplings of Morskate consist of two halves. These are made of cast iron GG25 and connected through bolts. Our rigid couplings are also available in stainless steel. Our rigid axle coupling is free from maintenance and lubrication. In addition, the construction prevents friction corrosion and allows for easy assembly and disassembly. Starter joints are almost always used to connect two axes of equal diameter. However, it is also possible for us to obtain this connection for an application using two different axle diameters. In addition, you have the option of making measurements such as a spanner according to DIN 6885/1.

The clutch sits around the shaft and causes coupling to be transmitted without damaging the axles in question. Due to the design of this connector it is possible to easily disassemble them if necessary, and no further components need to be disassembled.

With rigid axle couplings it is possible to realize a reliable and efficient link transfer. It is important that there are no alignment errors present. Should there be any alignment errors, it is wise to choose a claw coupling. In contrast to a rigid coupling, it can catch angle, radial and axial errors.
